Your Turn! In a small group (of 4-6) take 30 minutes for each person to tell a story from their mediation practice (either from the point of view of the mediator or of a representative in mediation). After each story, the group should reflect on what was learned.
 11:15-11:45  One story teller from each small group should be prepared to address the larger group, and the assembly will extract a lesson about critical skills from each story.
 11:45-12:00  Untold stories and the lessons we learn from those.

 2:00 – 2:50  Panel: Mediation Before and After Willingboro Mall, Three ViewsThe panel will discuss the Willingboro Mall case from the perspective of a lawyer, a former Supreme Court Justice, and a mediator, including a history of Court mediation in New Jersey.This program is open to both civil and family mediators.

 3:00 – 4:00  Case Analysis and Mediation: Mortgage Investment FraudEnhancing skills to understand the facts, spot and manage the legal issues, recognize the hidden (and obvious) emotional issues, and develop methods to use those elements to bring the parties to resolution.

We will use mock position papers and exhibits to create scenarios from the fact pattern.
